ANDERSON TOWNSHIP, OHIO

Bounded by the Ohio and Little Miami Rivers, Anderson Township is a suburban community with affordable living, cultural activities, and fantastic recreation. Belterra Park Gaming is a fully-integrated entertainment center in a beautiful setting along the river. Also located along the banks of the Ohio River is Riverbend Music Center, a popular outdoor amphitheater that Cincinnatians flock to in the summer months. Soak in the natural beauty of the area at one of the many neighborhood parks—California Woods, Otto Armleder Memorial Park, Withrow Nature Preserve, W.M. Johnson Hills Park, and Woodland Mound.

BATAVIA, OHIO

Batavia is home to some of the region’s premier recreational areas. As one of the largest state parks in Ohio, East Fork State Park offers a variety of outdoor fun with a 2,160-acre lake for boating, paddling, fishing, and swimming, as well as 4,870 wooded acres for hiking, horseback riding, mountain biking, and camping. Or check out Wilson Nature Preserve, with 145 acres of forests, fields, wildlife, and a 25-acre island in the Little Miami River that’s great for exploring. For aviation enthusiasts, visit the Tri-State Warbird Museum, dedicated to the preservation of aircraft.

EASTGATE, OHIO

This area is a shopper’s mecca and home to Jungle Jim’s—a mega grocery store where visitors can easily spend a day browsing the aisles stocked with over 180,000 products from around the world. Beyond shopping, Jungle Jim’s offers store tours, food demonstrations, and lots of fun and attractions for the whole family. Home to the nationally recognized Little Miami Scenic Bike Trail, historic downtown Loveland attracts a diverse crowd of outdoor adventurers, beer and BBQ enthusiasts, active families, and long-time residents. The business district offers a variety of trailside eateries, craft breweries, and a DORA (Designated Outdoor Refreshment Area).
